What is DTF printing and how does it compare to Silk Screen? +
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a state-of-the-art digital printing method where designs are printed onto PET transfer film using specialized textile inks, coated with hot melt adhesive powder, and heat-transferred onto garments. Unlike traditional silk screen which requires costly mesh screens for every color, DTF has no screen setup costs, supports infinite photo-realistic colors, and can produce a single shirt economically.
Is there any minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
No minimum order! You can order just 1 custom t-shirt or print thousands of shirts. We offer tiered wholesale pricing for orders of 10, 50, 100, and 500+ pieces.
Can I bring or send my own plain shirts to print? +
Yes, absolutely! You can send your own t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, canvas bags, or jackets to our studio. Alternatively, we also supply high-grade premium 100% combed cotton blank tees in various colors and sizes (S through 5XL).
What file format is best for printing? +
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) are ideal because they can scale infinitely without quality loss. High-resolution raster files (.PNG) with a transparent background at 300 DPI are also excellent. Avoid low-resolution screenshots or JPEG files with solid backgrounds.
